Longwood Gardens : Longwood Gardens, imho, is the best horticultural display garden in US. It has variety of plants and flowers. I especially like the water lilly collection. Longwood Gardens (owned by Pierre S. du Pont) is located in Kennett Square, PA. PS: I don't really know the names of some flowers. Please let me know if you do. Thanks

Caroline & Samantha 2006-09-30 : Note: all photographs are copyrighted. Caroline and Samantha are my first models. Man, am I just lucky to have them! Caroline is a natural blonde with heart-melting blue eyes who is inspired to be an actress. If there is anyone who can and deserves to make it, it's her. What a beautiful face and beautiful smiles. I wish her all the best from the bottom of my heart. Samantha is a beautiful brunette who is a bit shy at first, but she quickly got in to the rhythm. Two of them have been friends forever and worked great together. Well, what can I say! I am just blessed to have the chance to work with them. From a technical stand point, Canon 5D is just marvelous and I cannot be happier. Coupled with Canon EF 70-200 f/4L and 580EX flash, it’s a dream combo.

Katmandu Battle of Bands Semi Final 2006 : What a night! I went to take pictures of Willpowerless and ended up doing much more. All bands welcomed my effort. Hopefully they will like my pictures. From a photographer’s perspective, it was not easy. Equipments used are: Canon 5D, EF 50 f/1.4, EF 24-105 f/4 IS, EF 70-200 f/4. The pictures mostly were taken with EF 24-105 f/4 IS and EF 70-200 f/4. I wanted to use 50mm, but it was way too short. The lighting was horrible, I can barely achieve 1/50-1/100 shutter speed with ISO 3200 and f/4. I did take 580EX with me, but decided not to use it. The reason was that the ceiling is too high and I believe the ceiling bounce method might not work well. The only way was to point the flash right at the bands, but I wasn’t sure how they would feel about it. But, next time I got the chance, I am definitely using 580EX. I don’t remember the names of all the bands. If you do, please inform me by adding a comment to the specific pictures. Thanks in advance.
